ESP October 5 – 10, 2026 Rates

• Regular Registration (nightly observing):
  • $65 if you preregister ONLINE on or before September 18, 2026. ($45 for each add’l family member living in the same household who is fifteen years or older)
  • $130 if you register on or after September 19, 2025  (Each add’l family member who is fifteen years or older, is just $90 more).

Refunds less $20 (or non-refundable fees, whichever is higher) will be granted upon request received on or before September 18, 2026.
If you cancel between Sept 19 and your arrival due to COVID-19 for anyone in your registered party, let us know and provide dated documentation of a positive COVID-19 test dated September 19 or later.
  Send in your Refund request here. Refunds will be processed within 21 days.

There is a $35 Handling Fee for returned (bad) checks or disputed charges.

Registration does NOT include room/accommodations or meals.

Your registration is NON-TRANSFERABLE, and is only valid for you and the family members in your party.

ESP attendees are required to sign the X-Bar Liability Release Form. Read a copy here.
