The 2025 ESP Registration Form:

You can register online for these items:

• • Your ESP Registration Fee(s)
  • Optional items:
    • Camping daily fee(s)
      
    • Meals at Live Oak Lodge
      
    • Donation to Friends of ESP fund
  • T-Shirts, Polo shirts, Jackets, etc can be purchased, but ONLY at Gandy Online Shirt Store (until Sept 28 )
    

FIRST: Create your ESP User ID (if you do not already have one).

SECOND: Submit your ESP Online Registration form.   (Available late August 2026!)

You can register and make payment (by credit/debit card… Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express)
or if you have a PayPal account your can pay using your PayPal resources including directly from your bank account.
NOTE: A small transaction fee is charged (non-refundable).

If you have already registered and only want to purchases meals, go to Meal Payment .

Are you a vendor planning to attend ESP? Be sure to let us know by submitting your Attending Vendor Request form.

2025 ESP Shirts, Jackets, etc – must be purchased by Sept 28, 2025

Available only by advance order at Gandy Online Shirt Store You can have your ESP 2025 Shirt waiting for you at the ESP registration table when you arrive. OR have it shipped directly to you (ESP Registration not required)! Reserve your specific size(s) through separate advance payment on our vendor’s website. If for some reason you are unable to attend, your shirt(s) can be mailed for $10 additional fee. 2025 Short sleeve t-shirt is (Ash or White Preshrunk heavyweight cotton) small, med, large, XL, XXL, 3XL $25  (4XL, 5XL $29, $30) 2025 Long sleeve t-shirt is (Ash 99% cotton, 1% polyester or White 100% preshrunk cotton) small, med, large, XL, XXL, 3XL $30  (4XL $34) Also available: 2025 Sweat Top and Ultra Fine Short Sleeve (Combed 4.2 oz., ring-spun cotton) Fleece and Soft-Shell Jackets, and his/her Polo Shirts!     And check out our Garment Washed Twill and Sport Mesh caps !Visit store  for more details and to place your order!  Click on images to right to see more details! ————>
