Refund Request

You can use this form to submit your request for a refund related to your ESP Registration.
Note that your Refund Request must be submitted on or before October 11, 2024!

If you cancel between October 12 and your arrival due to COVID-19 for anyone in your registered party, you must provide dated documentation of a positive COVID-19 test dated October 8 or later.

Refunds (less $20 or non-refundable fees, whichever is higher).

Refunds will be processed within 21 days from your request.
