Refund Request

You can use this form to submit your request for a refund related to your ESP Registration.
Note that your Refund Request must be submitted on or before October 3, 2025!

If you cancel between October 4 and your arrival due to COVID-19 for anyone in your registered party, you must provide dated documentation of a positive COVID-19 test dated October 4 or later.

Refunds (less $20 or non-refundable fees, whichever is higher).

Refunds will be processed within 21 days from your request.
