Volunteer Needed!
We need a volunteer to help ESP doorprizes.
Pre-Event Door Prize coordinator. Help solicit and track door prizes.
Starting late August thru early October, mostly you will answer some emails, a few phone calls, and manage door prize info.
Most of the doorprizes are sent directly to the Ranch, so you will not need to physically handle most of them.

This process is already set up, greatly easing effort!
We will handle sending out the doorprize inviation email to potential vendors for you.
We’ll give you spreadsheet list of vendor contact info and doorprizes, which you will manage and update.
You will coordinate with X-Bar Ranch and the on-site Door-prize coordinator, to help get door prizes onto the Ranch.
