Just getting up after a late night of observing out on the field! Had a great time, including spending time just watching for meteors. There were quite a few, and several during the night were spectacular.
Field conditions are dry, the day is sunny, so again those who like solar observing can keep track of the show the Sun is putting on. We are looking good for perhaps the best night yet for observing and imaging!
Greg Bragg spoke yesterday to an SRO audience, and everyone I spoke to afterward agreed that it was well done and great information for amateur astronomers about the current state of the industry.
